Ingredients
- 4 slices of thick bread (not super fresh is best here, but any
type of bread will do!) - 2 eggs
- 150 ml whole milk
- 1⁄4 teaspoon
- ground cinnamon
- Pinch of salt

What to do
- In a shallow baking
dish mix the egg, milk,
cinnamon and salt
together. - Heat a lightly oiled frying
pan over medium heat. - Dunk each slice of bread in the egg mixture, soaking
both sides. - Place in a pan, cook until golden brown and flip doing
the same on the other side. - Serve hot with your favourite topping!
