  • 4 slices of thick bread (not super fresh is best here, but any
    type of bread will do!)
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 ml whole milk
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon
  • ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

What to do

  1. In a shallow baking
    dish mix the egg, milk,
    cinnamon and salt
  2. Heat a lightly oiled frying
    pan over medium heat.
  3. Dunk each slice of bread in the egg mixture, soaking
    both sides.
  4. Place in a pan, cook until golden brown and flip doing
    the same on the other side.
  5. Serve hot with your favourite topping!
