“You can add chopped banana, nuts and raisins or granola to the topping for added texture and taste. Use banana instead of berries (not such a pretty colour but tastes great!)”
What to do
Add the oats, milk and water to a pan and stir well over a medium heat for about 5-8 minutes
Add the berries and stir mix them in, cooking gently until the mix starts bubbling and the oats are blended and smooth and the berries have turned the porridge purple.
Serve in bowls with a good dollop of yoghurt topped with honey.
