Strawberry and Banana Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 4 Strawberries
- 2 tablespoons natural yoghurt
- 150ml milk
Green Smoothie
Ingredients:
- handful of kale or baby spinach
- (chop larger leaf spinach or kale)
- 1 kiwi, peeled (optional)
- Large handful of pineapple chunks
- 150ml milk
Chocolate and Banana Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp of cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp of natural yoghurt
- 150ml milk
“You can use dairy free milk for these smoothies and fresh or frozen fruit.”
What to do
- Add all of the ingredients to the blender
- Place the lid on the blender and blend until smooth
- Enjoy right away or pop in the fridge
