Strawberry and Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 4 Strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons natural yoghurt
  • 150ml milk

Green Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • handful of kale or baby spinach
  • (chop larger leaf spinach or kale)
  • 1 kiwi, peeled (optional)
  • Large handful of pineapple chunks
  • 150ml milk

Chocolate and Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp of cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp of natural yoghurt
  • 150ml milk

“You can use dairy free milk for these smoothies and fresh or frozen fruit.”

What to do

  1. Add all of the ingredients to the blender
  2. Place the lid on the blender and blend until smooth
  3. Enjoy right away or pop in the fridge

“You can also freeze smoothies in ice lolly moulds!”
