Mali Sion Evans

Mali is our Head of Engagement and Advocacy. She has experience in a variety of food settings – including research, hospitality, food aid coordination, communications, and fundraising. During her MSc in Food Politics and Sustainability at Cardiff University, she worked with asylum seekers and refugees to explore the impact of food insecurity on personal identity and a sense of welcome. She is passionate about supporting communities to strengthen their care-giving networks and build resilience to face future adversity from the ground up.
